Plum colour natural Siamese oval ruby (0.67ct) in a double four claw setting with old cut diamonds either side (0.50cts) set in platinum with an 18ct white gold shank. Head size 6.5mm x 14mm. English circa 1930. Currently finger size N (U.S 6.75)
