Art deco 0.20ct calibre baguette sapphires with a row of diamonds to either side 0.08ct total set in platinum head and 18ct gallery and shank. Head size 10mm x 7.3mm tonneau shape. English circa 1900. Currently finger size M 1/2 (U.S 6.75)
